Choose and prepare this route

Who this route suits

Choose this route for a first visit focused on imperial heritage. The listed route uses Badaling; a preference for Mutianyu is a request to change the itinerary, not an interchangeable included stop.

Arrival, sightseeing and transfer days

Day 1 and day 5 are arrival and departure days. Keep the three middle days for the listed visits. Confirm the Forbidden City reservation before fixing that day; if unavailable, agree a different order or alternative instead of promising admission.

Compare your alternatives

A short city reference suits travellers with only one or three sightseeing days. This five-day route leaves separate days for the Great Wall and central Beijing. Tell us about stairs, walking tolerance and any museum priorities before requesting a quote.

Questions about this trip

How do I get a quote?

Send your travel dates, party size, room needs and preferred travel style. We will confirm the route, language, services and separate costs before quoting. This page does not show live availability.

Can I change the itinerary?

Private trips can be adapted to your interests and arrival plans. Shared groups follow their confirmed itinerary; changes to hotels, stops or pace need to be agreed separately.

Which section of the Great Wall does the five-day route visit?

This itinerary visits the Badaling section of the Great Wall.

What must be confirmed for Beijing reservations?

Reservations and admission arrangements need confirmation for your travel dates and traveller documents.

What happens if a reservation is unavailable?

Discuss alternatives if reservations are unavailable; changes require agreement.

How does the five-day route differ from the three-day reference?

The five-day, four-night route uses Badaling and leaves separate arrival and departure days. The three-day custom reference uses Mutianyu. Compare the complete daily plans; the short reference is not the five-day product with two days removed.

Does five days mean five full sightseeing days?

No. The route includes arrival and departure days. Flight details determine whether extra activities can fit on those days.
