Lanba, Jiuli City & Wu River cruise
Continue through Lanba and Chiyou Jiuli City, then take the planned Wu River Gallery boat trip before returning to Chongqing. This is a travelling day with several transfers.

Chongqing neighbourhoods & riverfront
The planned day includes Jinfo Mountain Rare Plants Garden, Ciqikou, Liziba, Xiahaoli and Longmenhao, then Jiefangbei and Hongya Cave. Expect steps and changes in elevation.

Choose this route if you want both the city and surrounding landscapes. Wulong and the Wu River occupy substantial parts of the itinerary; this is not five days spent entirely in central Chongqing.
Arrival, sightseeing and transfer days
The first and final days handle arrival and departure. Review overnight locations against days 2 and 3 before booking hotels independently. On the city day, agree pickup points and reduce extra walking if stairs are difficult.
